Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get admitted to one of your hospitals?

A Psychiatrist or Psychologist must refer you for admission. Also, depending on your option, you might need a referral from your GP to the Psychiatrist/Psychologist.

What will it cost?

Each medical aid determines its own benefits. Co-payments (when applicable) must be settled on admission. Please get in touch with your medical aid for available benefits and to request authorisation.

What if I do not have medical aid?

A Psychiatrist or Psychologist must request the rates from the hospital for a quotation to be drafted. A deposit will also be required upon admission.

What do I need to bring with me for admission?

Please bring your Medical Aid card and the ID or Driver’s licence of both the principal member and the patient.
