Let’s Talk About Anxiety in Times of COVID-19!
It has been almost a month since my first COVID-19 symptoms, and even after recovering from the illness, I am still experiencing the lingering effects thereof. By grace, I survived and noticed how grateful people were to hear my story and experiences. I have also felt the anxieties and insecurities of our staff, patients and practitioners about COVID-19. During my own illness, the best advice and support came from the people who have walked the walk with this novel virus themselves.
Therefore, we have created a new Facebook Page, ANXIETY IN TIMES OF COVID-19. My hope is that you will like and share this page, thereby helping to give others hope, and lessen their anxiety. Visit and share your own coronavirus experience with us – We all need to hear it! There is no right or wrong, only your journey after being tested positive. In this way, we can learn from each other.
